Neurogaming launches a VR entertainment park in Amsterdam

October 25, 2018

Neurogaming, a leading developer of virtual reality technologies and content, has entered into a partnership with VR Gamehouse – the biggest VR LBE provider of The Netherlands. Together they launched a fully immersive virtual reality entertainment park called “VR Gamehouse Arena”. The location is equipped with advanced hardware that runs the latest versions of PlayVR and PolygonVR gaming content. It is open for both consumers and corporate clients.

Inside VR Gamehouse Arena you will find two types of VR gaming systems - PlayVR and PolygonVR. PlayVR offers gamers an advanced VR experience and cutting-edge content, the platform runs intensive action games and mind-blowing cognitive games. In total PlayVR offers more than 25 VR games for families and single players suitable for every age starting from 4 years. Up to 4 people can play at the same time in the same game.

PolygonVR is a multiplayer gaming arena. Full-body tracking technology allows users to enjoy freedom of movement, interact with people or objects and get live feedback from those, who are watching them playing. Up to 5 people can play simultaneously. Today PolygonVR is the only VR gaming platform that can connect several gaming arena’s in real time, no matter how far they are located from each other - in different countries or even on different continents. That turns VR battles into massive gaming action and gives its users an inimitable experience. It is the future of E-sports.

For both single players and groups of people the park entry fee is 40 to 50 Euro per person. The price depends on the amount of guests, the day of the week and required playing time. Custom corporate packages can also be made on request. Already during its testing period, the location has become highly popular among corporate clients as it offers great facilities for team building and other group events. In case you need some time to recover your breath after shooting enemies in VR, you can enjoy air hockey, pool, motion race simulator or foosball.
